Our small staff of 14 people operates the Vistas Apartment Communities and our Anderson Center for Accessible Living program. The administrative staff works primarily out of our main office in Cleveland; the facilities staff includes five Facilities Technicians, who live in and work out of one of the Vistas Communities.

Facilities Administrator (part-time)
The Facilities Administrator provides administrative support to the facilities team to ensure efficient operations of the five Vistas Apartment Communities. Working primarily with the Facilities Director, this position’s role is to assist with processing work orders, invoices, time records, inspections, and other reports.
Facilities Technician, Lorain County (full-time, live-in)
The Facilities Technician ensures efficient daily operations at MAHO’s Vistas Apartment Communities with primary responsibility at the location where they are the live-in staff person. They keep the properties clean, landscaped, and well-maintained by completing janitorial, grounds, and maintenance tasks. They enhance quality of life for the tenants by providing emergency response and through good tenant relations.
