35th Anniversary

MAHO has provided and promoted accessible housing in Northeast Ohio since 1981. Hundreds of families have enjoyed independent living at the Vistas Apartment Communities. Even more people have been impacted by our advocacy, outreach, and education programs, currently provided through the Anderson Center for Accessible Living. We’re excited to celebrate this work and recommit to increasing the accessible housing options in Northeast Ohio.

35th Anniversary Celebration
We had a great time at MAHO’s anniversary celebration on October 7. We raffled off baskets filled with goodies, gave Maximum Access Awards to two greatly deserving agencies, played trivia, and otherwise had a blast. Many thanks to all who participated, especially our host, Dick Russ, and the Board and staff members who served on the planning committee.

We also watched a video foreseeing MAHO’s impact 50 years from now. Check out this awesome video by Jay Jackman.

Let’s keep celebrating!
This year, we have renewed our commitment to providing and promoting accessible housing options for everyone. There are many ways that you, too, can join our efforts.
