Our small staff operates the Vistas Apartment Communities and our Anderson Center for Accessible Living program. The administrative staff works primarily out of our main office in Cleveland; the facilities staff includes five Facilities Technicians, who live in and work out of one of the Vistas Communities.

The Housing Coordinator is a full-time position that administers the entire process of tenancy at the Vistas Apartment Communities through move-ins and move-outs, conducting tenant certifications, and processing rent, all while ensuring compliance with subsidized housing regulations. They also have a bookkeeping function that includes processing and entering invoices and printing and sending checks. This position assists in preparation for audits and reviews, stays up to date on regulations, and helps maintain good tenant relations. People with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
The Administrative Director is a full-time leadership position with broad responsibilities to ensure that the organization is operating efficiently and in compliance with all regulations. They have primary oversight responsibility for admissions, tenant relations, and compliance with HUD and other funders related to the management of our five Vistas Apartment Communities.
