Cotman Vistas is located adjacent to the current Circle Vistas site. Case Western Reserve University has sold MAHO land just north of the existing building on which to build the new project. CWRU will purchase the existing Circle Vistas and land when the new building is complete and the tenants have moved in. This image shows Cotman Vistas located right behind Circle Vistas.

The Circle Vistas tenants are excited that not only will they have a new home, they will get to stay in their University Circle neighborhood. University Circle is home to many amenities that benefit our tenants: restaurants; shops; a public library; medical facilities, including University Hospitals and Cleveland Clinic; and cultural institutions, including The Cleveland Museum of Art and the Botanical Gardens. The new Uptown development has brought even more great restaurants and a Constantino’s grocery store right across the street from Cotman Vistas.
