This free seminar is for seniors and caregivers on Wednesday, November 4 from 9:30 am to 12:00 noon. We’ll talk about easy home modifications and universal design.
November 11, 2015: Accessibility 101: Buying and selling homes for seniors and people with disabilities.
This seminar is for real estate agents on Wednesday, November 11 from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon. Course is $20; 3 “civil rights” CEUs are pending. We’ll review fair housing, discuss the basics of accessibility, and share tips on marketing accessible homes.
