The Facilities Technician ensures efficient daily operations at MAHO’s Vistas Apartment Communities; the open position is at a 24-unit apartment building in Lorain County . Facility Technicians keep the property clean, landscaped, and well-maintained by completing janitorial, grounds, and maintenance tasks. They enhance quality of life for the tenants by providing emergency response and through good tenant relations. This is a live-in position and includes a two-bedroom unit and utilities, plus salary, and full benefits. Car is required.
