Through housing, advocacy, and education, MaxHousing advances accessible and inclusive communities where all people can thrive. Our small staff operates the Vistas Apartment Communities and other programs that advance accessible housing.
The administrative staff works primarily out of our main office in Cleveland; the facilities staff includes five Facilities Technicians, who live in and work out of one of the Vistas Communities.

Executive Director
MaxHousing is seeking its next Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter following the planned retirement of President Steve Hansler in early Spring 2027.
This is a unique opportunity to build upon more than 40 years of leadership while advancing MaxHousing's mission of expanding accessibility, independence, and housing opportunities for people with mobility disabilities.
