Our small staff operates the Vistas Apartment Communities and our Anderson Center for Accessible Living program. The administrative staff works primarily out of our main office in Cleveland; the facilities staff includes five Facilities Technicians, who live in and work out of one of the Vistas Communities.

Facilities Tech (Full-time, Live-in)

The Facilities Technician ensures efficient daily operations at MaxHousing’s Vistas Apartment Communities with primary responsibility at the location where they are the live-in staff person. They keep the properties clean, landscaped, and well-maintained by completing janitorial, grounds, and maintenance tasks. They enhance quality of life for the tenants by providing emergency response and through good tenant relations. Benefits include two-bedroom unit and utilities.
