Cotman Vistas opened in May 2013 and was built to replace our Circle Vistas building in University Circle. Cotman Vistas, adjacent to the Circle Vistas site, is a four-story building with 36 units, 14 of which are two-bedrooms. The first floor features a large lobby, community room, and the MaxHousing office. There is also a laundry room and trash room on each floor.

Cotman Vistas is part of the University Circle arts and culture district, close to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Cleveland Museum of Art, and the Botanical Gardens (watch this video about our neighborhood!). There is also a grocery store, shops, and restaurants nearby.
